Our firm works to protect the elderly from abuse and neglect by caregivers, primarily nursing homes and other elder care facilities. Elder Abuse and Nursing Home litigation is our highest priority. We do not solicit cases in other general fields of law, such as automobile accidents or slip and fall injuries. Instead, we handle cases which fulfill our mission to litigate elder care abuse cases, and give a voice to victims who would otherwise go unheard.
